Welcome to the Parentology Blog.

I am a coach, trainer, and mother that has researched and practiced conscious parenting for more than a decade.

Over this time period I have worked with hundreds of parents and in collaboration with Henry Kimsey House (Co-Founder of the Coaches Training Institute and Co-Author of the Co-Active Coaching Book), have developed a training program that seeks to help parents navigate the tricky world of relationships and families.

In 2009 my husband Johan Premfors and I established the Parentology School in Dubai. Since then, our courses have spread to Cairo, San Francisco, and Singapore so that parents all over the world can learn and benefit from the Parentology methodology and skills.

In this blog I like to share thoughts, questions, concepts, ideas, and resources with parents, professionals who work with children, and any human being who wishes to improve a relationship with a parent or child.
