Gonan was invited to speak at TEDxDubai in 2010. Her speech challenges us all to look at our relationships and make conscious choices about how we interact with our families. Her speech draws from the Parentology philosophy. Parentology is a workshop and philosophy that allows you to discover and co-create solutions in your own family. We're not here to lecture or provide solutions. We firmly believe that the solutions to the challenges you face lie within you and your children. Our goal is to equip you with the listening and communication skills necessary to create lifelong magical relationships in your family... full of love, happiness and fulfillment.

What we are about...

Parentology™ is about creating lifelong magical relationships between parent and child. The course is designed by passionate parents and coaches and it has already started to transform families around the world.

A magical relationship with your child is one where both the parent and child are empowered to make choices that work for the family. The three-day course is designed to start creating intentional relationship and increase awareness of what works and what doesn’t in the tricky world of families. Every household has its own reality and we know we can never tell you what to do. On the other hand, through our experiential learning and individual discovery you will come home with new insights and a greater awareness.

Who we are...

The Parentology™ concept and course was created by Gonan and Johan Premfors and Henry Kimsey-House, the legendary co-author of “Co-Active Coaching - New Skills for Coaching people Toward Success in Work and Life” and the co-founder of The Coaches Training Institute.

Gonan was the first professionally certified coach (CPCC) in the Arabian Middle East and the person who brought The Coaches Training Institute to the region. A well-known coach to business and government she has made a huge impact on human development in the region.

Henry is viewed as one of the great personalities of the worldwide coaching movement. Together with Laura Withworth and Karen Kimsey-House he is the co-founder of the renowned Coaches Training Institute, the largest in-person coach training school in the world.

Johan is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and is a faculty member and coach trainer with The Coaches Training. He is also trained as a systems and relationship coach. Johan’s clients include prominent entrepreneurs and industry leaders.

We know that no two families are the same. Every participant who attends one of our courses has a unique set of skills, background, challenges and innate abilities.
